"MOST COMMON REASON TO RESIGN"

"MOST COMMON REASON TO RESIGN"

This survey has been done by Pharmaatree-News page and after 3 days of survey the report says very clearly that for leaving the organization-
The 1st common reason is none other than "BOSS".
The 2nd common reason is
" SALARY" .
The 3rd common reason is "SALE" and
The 4th common reason is "GROWTH".
But looking at the figure the biggest Common reason today is the " BOSS".

BOSS-
And in the Boss-category the most common "Boss" involved in the " reason of resigning" is the IMMEDIATE BOSS.
NOW as a Boss Being in charge means that you get noticed. Sometimes that can be for the right reasons, and sometimes not.

Today we all know that a company get a good sale only when their employees work efficiently and honestly. And this all happens when there is a good Team and a good Team Leader and above all a great mind and vision required in their selection.

Blaming 1st Line Manager-
Blaming 1st Line Manager is easy for the management in worker's resignation but what about that guy who was involved in the selection of the 1 st line manager. And actually the reason of resignation starts from there only.
When the upper management or 2nd line manager takes interview of the 1st line manager, What are the issues taken care of? Like..
What question he puts up?
What answer he prefers to be correct?
What vision he shows of the company?
What importance he represents of the company?
And What ways he prefer to take interview?

TEAM LEADER as a TRUE LEADER-
Now while choosing a team leader what idea a 2nd line manager keeps in mind?
Is his idea more influenced with "MAN OF MANAGEMENT" or "MAN OF TEAM".
Down line team needs a True leader for fighting in tough sale. True leader always behaves like a big brother who take care of his executives. And when the issues are taken care of , performance level of an executive enhanced.

MAN OF MANAGEMENT-
"Man of Management" is a very commonly used by Representatives/Executives for their 1st line manger , Those 1st line manager are well known for sharing every personal info of the executive with company, which many times an executive shares in emotions. And when they get caught, such behavior makes them a " MAN OF MANAGEMENT " which at last harms both executive and a company because executive stop participating in a team effort & rather become self-centered & emotionless towards company.
Man of Management when meets his executive only talks about Sales and company . He never try to listen much from his executive. Whatever time he spends on field he talks only about work but not about his family. He focused more on what his 2nd line think and feal of him rather than his team.

MAN OF TEAM-
MAN of TEAM doesn't exists on paper but on mind and heart. Company always search for those 1st Line manager who works honestly for the company but as a MAN of TEAM.
A first Line manager who works as a MAN of TEAM always performs well because he is emotionally attached with his team and he keeps every guidelines of company in a different manner. Man of Team knows about his executives very well. He always motivates his team to achieve their dreams of becoming successful. He take care of their emotions very well. He never get into any discussion on topics like Religion, politics and Food of his executive because these issue bring emotional and mental differences. And Man of Team delivers a good sale by doing target or sometimes more than that.

SO WHEN AN EMPLOYEE RESIGNS THE COMPANY.. HE ACTUALLY DOESN'T LEAVE HIS COMPANY BUT LEAVE HIS BOSS.

Your Market Your Mentor..

After working 5 years in your Market ..  If you think any Mentor can be a great teacher who can motivate you then you are under estimating your market where you work because your market is the greatest teacher which motivates and inspires you .  Many of you take market as a burden or a land of duty but those who take market as a subject they teach you how to deal with market , they motivates you and above all they charge you for the above lessons. We all believe in the theory "No Pain No Gain" . Mentor cannot give pain but Market gives the pain and heals the pain which helps you to become a great fighter in the market under the guidance of the market.  So instead you pay more money to learn... Try to pay more attention in your market to learn & earn.
